Job summary

Siemens Digital Industries Software in the Netherlands is hiring a People Partner to shape how we support a diverse workforce within Dutch laws. You will advise managers, handle employee relations, and collaborate with HRBPs to embed people strategies that align with local governance and compliance.

You will manage complex ER cases, lead national HR initiatives, support audits, and ensure accurate HR communications.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Law, Business, or related field.
Experience as P&O Generalist, People Partner or HRBP in the Netherlands.
Strong knowledge of Dutch employment law and Works Council consultation.
Experience advising managers on performance, conduct, absence and ER issues.
Experience partnering with Works Councils (Ondernemingsraad) and employee consultation processes.
Fluency in Dutch and English; strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary HR advisor for managers, employees and stakeholders in the Netherlands.
Independently manages complex employee relations cases across the spectrum.
Provides local expertise on Dutch employment law, OR consultations, policy application, compliance and HRIS (Workday).
Leads Netherlands-specific initiatives, audits and governance improvements.
Partners with HRBPs to implement people strategies and workforce planning.
Supports ~500+ employees across one or more Dutch entities.
