Buzz Power Banks seeks a Country Manager to own strategy, P&L, sales, and operations for the Netherlands. You will drive go-to-market plans, deploy stations, and lead partner development to scale a nationwide network.

You will report to HQ and shape the country’s commercial trajectory. You will manage a cross-functional team, build scalable processes, and maintain strong relationships with retailers, HoReCa, and venues.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in sales, operations, business development or general management.
• Proven track record in high-growth environments: tech, mobility, telecom, retail, HoReCa, vending, POS solutions, or infrastructure-based services.
• Strong command of P&L management, budgeting, revenue planning, and financial modeling.
• Ability to build teams and systems from scratch; ability to scale processes and manage multiple workstreams.

Responsabilités

• Own, launch, scale, and optimize Buzz operations and commercial performance in the Netherlands.
• Act as the General Manager for the market - responsible for P&L, sales pipelines, operations, station deployment, partner development, financial discipline, and reporting to HQ.
• Lead the sales organization with a high-performing structure and oversee the full pipeline for predictable growth.
• Manage operational KPIs, ensure station uptime, and maintain BUZZ branding and service standards across all locations.
