Job summary

P&L in Amsterdam seeks a hands-on Country Manager to launch and grow the brand in the Netherlands. You will own the country P&L, secure prime locations, lead pre-opening activities, hire and train the local team, and represent the brand with a focus on guest experience.

This is a true operator role, starting ASAP, with a salary of 80k–100k EUR per year, permanent position in Amsterdam. Hospitality/retail experience is valued; Dutch and English proficiency required.

Qualifications

• Senior-level management experience in hospitality, retail, or related sectors.
• Proven track record in market entry, site development and team setup.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Market entry and site development.
