Allergan Aesthetics in the Netherlands seeks a Commercial Lead to steer the commercial execution and operational management of the business in the Netherlands. Acting as the local country leader and representative of the General Manager, the role translates France & Benelux strategy into flawless local execution across Sales, Marketing and operations.

You will provide day-to-day leadership to the Netherlands organization, driving performance, customer engagement, and collaboration with Finance,

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences or related field.
• MBA preferred for leadership roles.
• Minimum 8 years of commercial leadership experience in pharma/healthcare.

Mansioni

• Lead execution of the Netherlands commercial strategy in alignment with the France & Benelux plan.
• Deliver sales, profitability and market share objectives across the portfolio.
• Drive forecasting accuracy and business planning with Finance/Commercial Excellence.
• Ensure disciplined pricing, segmentation and commercial initiatives.
• Coordinate local execution across Commercial, AMI, Medical, Regulatory, Finance and Supply Chain.
