Job summary

Allergan Aesthetics, an AbbVie company, seeks a Commercial Lead to steer the Netherlands business and translate the France & Benelux strategy into flawless local execution across Sales, Marketing and operations while ensuring compliance with AbbVie policies.

You will lead the Netherlands team, drive growth, strengthen customer partnerships, and align field teams with Finance, AMI, Medical, Regulatory and Supply Chain to deliver sustainable performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in commercial leadership within pharmaceuticals, medical devices, consumer, aesthetics or healthcare.
• Experience managing country operations including P&L delivery is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross functional organizations in a matrix environment.
• Fluency in English and Dutch are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Netherlands commercial strategy in alignment with the France & Benelux business plan.
• Deliver sales, profitability and market share objectives across the aesthetics portfolio.
• Coordinate local execution across Commercial, AMI, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Finance, Supply Chain and Customer Service.
• Build strong relationships with key customers, faculty members, KOLs and strategic partners.
• Provide coaching and leadership to the Netherlands commercial organization and drive engagement.
• Ensure compliance with AbbVie policies and local regulations and foster a culture of integrity.
