You will report to the Company President, identify new business opportunities, grow visibility with clients, manage proposals, and monitor margins to achieve targets.

The role requires a Master’s degree (engineering or business), travel from Rotterdam, and English plus Dutch language proficiency (C1/B2 levels).

Qualifikationen

• Strong interest in business development and technical environments
• Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills

Aufgaben

• Identify new business opportunities and carry out development and marketing activities
• Increase company visibility and secure new business with clients
• Strengthen relationships and build a strong commercial presence in energy services
• Support prequalification processes and proposal preparation (pricing, offers)
• Maintain regular communication with consultants to monitor assignments and extend missions
• Achieve sales targets and required profit margins
• Liaise with client finance to ensure timely payments and monitor contract performance
• Contribute to recruitment processes with final profile validation
