Job summary

iwell is seeking a Sales & Partnership Manager in Utrecht, Netherlands to drive commercial success by hunting new customers and cultivating existing relationships. You will handle the full sales cycle, interact with installers, energy suppliers and developers, and grow a portfolio in a rapidly evolving energy market.

The role requires several years in tech sales, strong Dutch and English, and comfort with multi-stakeholder deals.

Qualifications

• Several years of sales experience in tech environments, preferably renewables.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Comfort with longer sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business and manage a growing portfolio of Dutch accounts.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
• Build relationships with installers, real estate developers, and energy partners.
• Maintain an active pipeline and report weekly progress.
