BUSINESS MANAGER NETHERLANDS (VIE) – ref JOB-1553
This role is only applicable through the French VIE program (Volontariat International). Position based in the Netherlands (Rotterdam), for an initial duration of 12 months, renewable once, before transitioning to a long-term position.

The main objective of the Netherlands Business Manager (NBM) is to contribute to the commercial development, sales, and business activities of ALDEBARAN Group services.
Our services cover various industrial sectors such as renewable energy, nuclear, onshore and offshore wind, infrastructure, water, and solar. In the Netherlands, there will be an additional focus on petrochemicals, chemicals, and refining.
The NBM will report directly to the Company President and will be responsible for generating and managing new business opportunities.
As a key figure in the company, recruitment is critical. You will be partially involved in the recruitment process. You will be supported by recruitment specialists in France or abroad, but your involvement is required for final profile validation before submission.
You have a strong sensitivity to environmental topics, combined with a pragmatic and realistic mindset.
Open‑minded and curious, you have excellent interpersonal skills and can interact with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds.
The role requires travel from Rotterdam to various industrial sites and client offices across the country. A valid driving licence is mandatory.
