Job summary

Jobgether SRL is partnering with an international team to recruit a Partnership Manager based in the Netherlands. You will own a portfolio of SSPs and DSPs, drive revenue growth, and manage commercial relationships across display, video, CTV, and audio.

Qualifications

6–10 years of adtech or programmatic advertising experience.
Deep understanding of programmatic ecosystem including Prebid, header bidding, OpenRTB, schain.
Strong negotiation skills with major partners and ability to drive revenue growth.
Experience building dashboards and performance-tracking processes.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end management of global SSP/DSP portfolios and partner relations.
Lead regular business reviews and coordinate with Product, Technology, Finance, Legal, and Demand Ops teams.
Set revenue targets and develop growth plans across display, video, CTV, and audio channels.
Track revenue performance and translate data into actionable recommendations.
