Job summary

Tecwave B.V. is seeking an Integration Engineer for HVAC Requirements Management to define and manage system requirements for HVAC-R installations on naval vessels. You will work with engineering, V&V, and T&I teams, using IBM DOORS and the Systems Engineering V-model to ensure flawless integration.

The role emphasizes requirements documentation, change management, and cross-team collaboration, with hybrid work options and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Shipbuilding, or related field.
• Proven experience in requirements and change management within technical projects.
• Familiarity with IBM Rational DOORS or similar RM tools; HVAC knowledge is a plus.
• Fluent in English; Dutch and German are a plus.
• EU citizenship required; pre-employment security screening applies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and document HVAC-R system requirements in DOORS with SMART criteria.
• Ensure HVAC-R requirements support engineering, V&V, and T&I activities.
• Handle change requests within the V-model and maintain traceability across teams.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement requirements and changes.
• Analyse and manage project requirement data.
• Organise and streamline technical documentation processes within the team.
