Job summary

EMW, Inc. seeks a Project Support Officer for CoreComms in The Hague, Netherlands. The role focuses on day-to-day project administration, planning, reporting, and BI support for NSIP projects, with on-site work required.

You will assist in baselining, time approvals, and financial processing, coordinating with project managers and resource teams. A NATO SECRET clearance is required, and the position runs until 31 December 2026 with a start around 9 November 2026.

Qualifications

• Active NATO SECRET security clearance required.
• 2+ years post-qualification experience in project administration/support.
• Experience in baselining, planning, cost estimates, and baselines management.
• Experience with project execution activities: time approvals, progress tracking.
• Experience with metrics/KPIs and BI/reporting tools.
• Proficient in MS Office including Excel and SharePoint.
• Fluency in one NATO language; English preferred; other language desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day project administration and support for NSIP projects.
• Assist in project planning and time approvals during execution.
• Handle financial administration including purchase requests.
• Review project plans and cost estimates; support baselining.
• Support managers with planning, reporting, and BI tools.
• Support exception management by escalating deviations.
• Assist in analyzing metrics and KPIs for reviews.
• Assist resource levelling and provide info to resource managers.
• Perform other duties within project administration, planning, reporting, and support.
