Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Netherlands is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our company-owned stores in top condition across the Netherlands. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, manage scheduling, and coordinate with contractors while ensuring safety and brand standards.

The role requires a technical qualification (MBO level 3/4) in electrotechnics, mechanical engineering, or mechatronics, and at least 3 years of maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• Requires a technical qualification in electrotechnics, mechanical engineering, or mechatronics.
• Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience in multi-site environments preferred (hospitality, retail, or hotels).
• Valid driving license (B) and willingness to travel across the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair facilities, equipment and installations across company stores in the Netherlands.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance while adhering to safety and brand standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, manage on-site activities, and document work orders.
• Record work, suggest improvements, and ensure timely completion within schedules.
• Handle plumbing, electrical, carpentry and general maintenance tasks as required.
