Job summary

Starbucks by Alsea in the Netherlands is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our stores in top condition and deliver the perfect coffee experience to guests.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance across company-owned stores, handling plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and coordinating with contractors as needed.

A Dutch and English proficiency, a valid B license, and willingness to travel across the Netherlands are required; multisite hospitality experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Technical qualification as stated (MBO level 3/4 in relevant fields).
• At least 3 years of maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license (category B) and willingness to travel across the Netherlands.
• Based in or near Randstad area.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple maintenance requests across stores, and prioritize interventions according to urgency, business impact and operational criticality.
• Switch between hands-on repairs and admin tasks.
• Coordinate on-site activities with contractors, including technical briefing, site access, work supervision and quality control.
• Perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry and other general maintenance tasks.
• Record completed work and propose improvements.
• Adhere to safety and brand standards.
