Job summary

Talangeo is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to support customers across the Northeast Netherlands. You will handle service calls, installations, maintenance and on-site repairs, using telemetry and diagnostic tools to troubleshoot issues.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on technical experience, strong mechanics and hydraulics knowledge, and fluency in Dutch and English. A valid driving licence is essential for this home-based field role in an international environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on technical/service experience.
• Strong knowledge of mechanics and hydraulics with basic electronics.
• Technical or vocational education preferred.
• Independent, practical and customer-oriented mindset.
• Good computer and diagnostic software skills.
• Good command of Dutch and English.
• Valid driving licence.
• Based in the Northeast of the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Handle service and breakdown requests.
• Perform installations, maintenance and on-site repairs.
• Troubleshoot issues remotely and on-site using telemetry and diagnostic tools.
• Repair or replace mechanical, hydraulic and basic electronic components.
• Install, calibrate and test new machines.
• Provide short technical training to customers.
• Manage spare parts in your service vehicle.
• Participate in larger customer installations and projects.
• Join a rotating weekend standby schedule.
