Job summary
COREcruitment Ltd. in Amsterdam, Netherlands, is seeking a hands-on maintenance technician to keep premium retail sites safe, functional and well-presented.
Carry out repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and planned and reactive maintenance, while keeping records and following health and safety standards.
You will work with store teams and contractors, enjoy a varied day, and have access to a company vehicle, tools, uniform, and training.
Qualifications
- Experience in handyman, maintenance or facilities role is required.
- Must be multi-skilled across general building maintenance.
- Practical, reliable and confident working independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach.
Responsibilities
- Carry out general building repairs and day-to-day maintenance across retail sites.
- Complete planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance tasks.
- Handle basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting and general repair work.
- Troubleshoot maintenance issues and resolve them quickly and safely.
- Work closely with store teams and external contractors when required.
- Keep maintenance records up to date and ensure health & safety standards are followed.
