Paisesbajosjobsnl in Eindhoven and Breda, Netherlands seeks experienced Hotel Maintenance Technicians for full-time, long-term roles starting October 2026. You will maintain hotel rooms, public areas and technical installations, addressing faults, electrical issues and plumbing while upholding safety and service standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in technical maintenance, practical electrical knowledge, and strong communication.

Competenze

• EU nationality / valid EU passport or ID – REQUIRED
• Minimum 3 years of relevant technical maintenance experience
• Experience in hotel maintenance, building maintenance or a similar technical role
• Practical electrical knowledge – REQUIRED
• Good understanding of plumbing and general repair work
• Basic knowledge of heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems
• Ability to identify and resolve technical faults
• Ability to prioritise maintenance tasks and work independently
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Available for at least 12 months
• Updated CV with relevant technical experience required

• Responding to technical faults and maintenance requests
• Repairing lighting, sockets and minor electrical problems
• Repairing taps, drains and plumbing fixtures
• Maintaining and repairing doors, locks and furniture
• Carrying out minor painting and sealing work
• Performing basic tiling and carpentry repairs
