Job summary

Medtronic Netherlands is seeking a patient contact center specialist to provide non-clinical support for users of our cardiac devices, remote monitoring solutions, and related products. You will educate patients, answer questions by phone, and ensure accurate logging of calls while maintaining high-quality care across European patients.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills via phone in Dutch, German and English.
• Empathic and patient-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Positive, culturally sensitive attitude and quick learner of new technologies.
• Solid computer skills and ability to learn new applications rapidly.
• Experience in patient support or contact center/technical support is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted partner educating and answering first level technical and lifestyle-related questions to our patients mainly via phone.
• Escalate unresolved issues to second level technical staff and monitor cases to resolution.
• Log caller information accurately in our systems following applicable regulations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and therapies through coaching and self-learning.
• Contribute to department goals and your own professional growth.
