Michael Page in Amsterdam is seeking a Sales Support specialist to act as the primary contact for external vendors and manage order flow. The role focuses on accurate financial administration of inventory, orders, returns and rapid resolution of customer issues.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in sales support or order management, excellent English and additional French, German or Dutch skills, and is available full-time with the option to work from home part of the week.

Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in sales support, customer service or order management.
• Experience in handling large volumes of calls and messages from customers.
• Self-starter with a high level of pro-activity and taking initiative.
• Being at the office in Amsterdam Central 2-4 times a week.
• Immediately available for full-time (40 hours).
• Excellent oral and written communication in English and French, German or Dutch.

Aufgaben

• Act as the primary point of contact for external vendors, ensuring seamless order processing, compliance with audit requirements, and outstanding stakeholder communication.
• Manage and oversee financial administration related to inventory, customer orders, returns, and complaint resolution, ensuring accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate and maintain customer agreements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Drive the creation, validation, and ongoing maintenance of customer and material master data, safeguarding data integrity and supporting smooth business operations.
