Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of IT application support experience, preferably in healthcare.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Native Dutch and strong English proficiency.
Experience in international, remote settings and ITIL processes.

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate tickets from the Diabeter IT support portal, ensuring timely resolution and SLA adherence.
Communicate with users in Dutch and English regarding challenges and solutions.
Prepare reports for management and develop user documentation.
Assist in onboarding of new customers and localization for international audiences.
Monitor service levels and drive improvements in service delivery.
Collaborate with IT teams to support new customer applications.
