Job summary

MiniMed is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Dutch and English) based in Heerlen, combining in-office and remote work. The role focuses on supporting patients and healthcare partners within MiniMed’s Order-To-Cash processes, handling calls and emails, and driving first-time resolution with a customer-first mindset.

The successful candidate will have fluent English and Dutch, SAP CRM experience, strong communication skills, and a structured, proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and Dutch required.
• Experience with SAP CRM or similar systems.

• Structured, accurate, and flexible with a proactive approach.
• Hybrid work model with 2/3 in Heerlen.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support in MiniMed’s Order-To-Cash processes.
• Handle incoming calls and e-mails to shared mailboxes, prioritizing urgent enquiries and orders.
• Take ownership through to resolution and communicate with customers/patients.
• Contribute to process improvement and standardization; participate in projects.
• Capture and document customer/patient specifics in internal systems.
