Job summary

MiniMed seeks an independent Patient Services Representative to provide exceptional support to Dutch-speaking people with diabetes using MiniMed therapies. You will join a multilingual team and help ensure safe, reliable product operation while delivering empathetic service and technical guidance.

Requirements include at least 1 year in customer service, SAP/MS Office experience, and strong Dutch and English language skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in customer service in contact center, office or helpdesk; SAP and/or MS Office experience.
• Secondary school completion.
• Strong Dutch and English oral and written skills.
• Effective multitasking while accessing data across programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide empathetic customer support for MiniMed Diabetes customers.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge through training.
• Respond to product operation, troubleshooting, warranties, and parts queries.
• Document customer feedback and troubleshooting steps in systems.
