• Resolve inquiries, complaints and issues to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Assist customers with orders, tracking shipments, returns and exchanges.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to deliver best experience.
• Provide accurate information on products, orders, guidelines and campaigns.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Patagonia products and services to advise customers.
• Assist with translations for Patagonia EU website as needed.
• Suggest process improvements and participate in team initiatives.
