Job summary

Starbucks Netherlands is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure our company-owned stores across the Netherlands are kept in top condition. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, manage routine repairs, and coordinate with contractors during on-site work.

You should bring at least 3 years of maintenance experience, a valid B-driver license, and the ability to travel. Ideally located in or near the Randstad area, with strong Dutch and English communication skills and a

Qualifications

• A technical qualification (MBO level 3/4 in electrotechnics, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or similar).
• At least 3 years of maintenance experience, preferably multi-site in hospitality/retail/hotels.
• Valid driver's license (category B) and willingness to travel across the Netherlands.
• Ideally based in or near Randstad area, the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair facilities, equipment, and installations across Starbucks Netherlands stores.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, following safety and brand standards.
• Coordinate on-site activities with contractors and manage work quality control.
• Record completed work, manage spare parts orders and improvement of maintenance processes.
• Handle plumbing, electrical, carpentry and general maintenance tasks as needed.
