Qualificações

• Experience leading a team in a dynamic retail or hospitality setting.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee store operations with your team across shifts to ensure proper opening, closing and weekend coverage.
• Analyse data and store observations to improve customer experience and overall store performance.
• Collaborate with store leaders to forecast and schedule within budget and recruit diverse talent.
• Roll out initiatives to drive operational excellence and business results.
• Support partner growth through performance and development coaching.
• Set challenging, realistic goals to boost engagement and partner performance.
