Job summary

mo1 is building a real-time 3D, module-based motion graphics editor from the ground up. We are early, well funded, and gaining traction. The product is code-driven and designed for rapid experimentation.

We are looking for a motion designer who can shape mo1 from inside, bringing taste, rhythm, timing, and a passion for impact. You will create reels, templates, and presets, help refine UI flows, and support users through Slack, Discord, or calls.

Qualifications

• Strong taste in motion, rhythm, composition and timing.
• Curiosity about creative tools and how they shape emotion in visuals.
• Ability to explain why a design choice feels right or wrong and adapt quickly.

Responsibilities

• Make motion graphics projects in mo1, such as launch reels and product explainers.
• Help improve the product by using it and proposing better UI flows.
• Create content for the app, including built-in modules, templates, and presets.
• Test new features early, publish experiments, and learn from reactions.
• Help users use the tool via Slack, Discord, or calls.
