Monks is seeking a highly organized Semi-Senior Motion Animator to architect visual output for global campaigns, building engines that adapt across languages and formats with surgical precision.

You will master template architecture, precision localization, and workflow automation using After Effects, Expressions, Google Workspace, and Gemini/AI tools, delivering scalable, high-end motion work.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of agency or fast-paced in-house creative experience.
• Portfolio showing high-end motion work and dynamic/programmatic projects.
• Proven track record of Creative at Scale with localization.
• Hacker mindset to automate repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Master Template Architecture: design complex After Effects templates with smart localization.
• Precision Localization: ensure regional variations are frame-perfect.
• Workflow Automation: integrate data feeds to trigger high-volume renders.
• Asset Scaling & QA: maintain rigorous organization and export quality.
• Strategic Creative Development: create reusable hero motion assets for automation.
