Job summary

Sia in Amsterdam/Rotterdam seeks an experienced Transformation Consultant to drive strategic programs for energy and transport sector clients. You will lead transformation initiatives, shape strategies and roadmaps, and guide delivery teams toward measurable outcomes.

The role requires a Master’s degree, 5–7 years in consultancy, strong English and Dutch, and a network in the sector. You’ll work across offices and client sites, with options to work from home and in our international environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree completed.
• 5–7 years of consultancy experience.
• Network at transport and/or energy companies.
• Strong English and Dutch language skills.
• Experience in strategic analysis, strategy development and organizational transformation.
• Ability to sell and deliver innovative strategy engagements.
• Interest in data and AI topics and ability to build expertise quickly.
