Job summary

Exact is seeking a Mobile Team Lead to drive vision, delivery and continuous improvement of our mobile apps serving over 675,000 companies. You will lead a diverse, international team of 400+ tech professionals in the Netherlands and Malaysia, set technical direction and align with product and business goals.

You will champion .NET MAUI and guide transition from Xamarin/C#/.NET, mentoring engineers in Agile practices and fostering high-quality mobile solutions.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Senior Mobile Developer or Team Lead.
Strong experience with .NET MAUI, Xamarin, or C#/ .NET.
Experience leading engineers in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
Bachelor degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Lead and coach a Scrum team of mobile developers.
Foster a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing.
Work closely with Product Owners, Architects, and other stakeholders.
Ensure delivery of high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly mobile solutions.
Stay close to the code, while enabling your team to perform at their best.
