Job summary

Instabee is seeking a Merchant Success Specialist to support Dutch e-commerce merchants from onboarding to long-term partnership. You’ll collaborate with Account Managers, Key Account Managers, and Sales Leads, diving into data, resolving issues, and refining processes to boost merchant performance.

You’ll also dedicate part of your time to one major Benelux enterprise client, coordinating with internal teams to ensure service quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in customer support or account management, with client-facing experience.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Interest in operations and logistics and how performance affects client discussions.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to create performance reports.

Responsibilities

• Be the main contact for a portfolio of merchants, handling onboarding, updates and issue resolution.
• Onboard new merchants, guide system setup and integrations.
• Manage merchant communications and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with KAMs and internal teams to prepare for meetings and case studies.
• Support an enterprise client (~50% of time) with daily/weekly operations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements based on merchant feedback.
