Job summary

Instabee is hiring an Implementation Manager to join our Integration & Tech Sales team in Amsterdam. You will combine technical delivery with commercial impact to enable merchants to launch Instabee quickly and smoothly.

Collaborate with commercial, product, and operations teams to deploy API integrations, shorten time-to-market, and ensure a strong go-live experience. Based in Amsterdam, you should be proactive, organized, and capable of communicating in English and Dutch.

Qualifications

University degree in business, engineering, or related field.
3-5 years in e-commerce or logistics, in implementation or related roles.
Understanding of API integrations; Postman experience is a plus.
Excellent English and Dutch communication and presentation skills.
Based in Amsterdam with willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

Drive the technical value proposition in complex deal cycles and align integration roadmaps with business objectives.
Take full ownership of onboarding and integrations for new merchants.
Partner with commercial teams to accelerate go-to-market timelines.
Work cross-functionally with tech, product, and operations to simplify integrations.
Monitor integration and performance data to identify improvements.
Build and maintain relationships with merchants as a long-term partner.
