Job summary

ING Wholesale Banking is seeking a Product Manager for Merchant Services to drive the performance of the proposition focused on Digital Payments and Collections for corporate clients. You will define and execute the commercial strategy, roadmap, and product life cycle in collaboration with Sales, Risk, Compliance, and Legal across a pan-European network.

Own day-to-day product performance and P&L, translate market developments into concrete requirements, and lead marketing, customer

Qualifications

• Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree and have relevant payments domain experience in banking or payments.
• Solid knowledge in cards acquiring, e-commerce, and alternative payments.
• Experience with Commercial Cards is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Improve Merchant Services proposition, voice of the customer, and identify opportunities to serve clients.
• Own day-to-day product performance and P&L, using insights to set priorities.
• Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, design, and lifecycle.
• Create and track business cases and contribute to budgeting processes.
• Lead marketing and customer satisfaction activities for the products within scope.
• Translate market and input from Sales into concrete product requirements.
