ING Wholesale Banking is seeking a Product Manager for Merchant Services. You will own the commercial performance, define the product strategy and lifecycle, and lead cross‑functional teams across marketing, risk, and sales to drive growth in Digital Payments and Collections.

The role requires 3+ years in the payments domain, a bachelor’s or master’s degree, and the ability to work in a hybrid setup. Collaboration with European teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree and at least three years of payments domain experience at a bank, PSP, card acquirer, or card scheme.
• Experience with cards acquiring, e‑commerce, alternative payments and in-store POS payments is required.
• Experience with Commercial Cards is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Improve ING Wholesale Banking’s Merchant Services proposition and own day‑to‑day product performance and P&L.
• Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, design, and lifecycle in a pan‑European context.
• Lead marketing, communications and customer satisfaction activities for the scope.
• Translate market developments and input from Sales into concrete product requirements.
• Ensure governance, risk management and regulatory compliance with Risk, Compliance and Legal.
