Job summary

Instabee is hiring an Implementation Manager to join the Integration & Tech Sales team in Amsterdam. You will own onboarding and API integrations for new merchants, driving a fast and smooth go-to-market experience.

Collaborating with commercial, product, tech, and operations, you’ll translate technical concepts into business value and enable merchants to launch Instabee quickly while delivering tangible results from day one.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent in business, engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years in e-commerce or logistics, especially implementation or commercial excellence.
• Familiarity with API integrations; hands-on with Postman or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive the technical value proposition in complex deal cycles and align integrations with business objectives.
• Own onboarding and integrations for new merchants for a seamless launch.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to accelerate go-to-market timelines.
• Work cross-functionally with tech, product, and operations to simplify integrations.
