The Social Hub is looking for a Membership Operations intern to support our Membership team from our Amsterdam HQ for a 6-7 month period starting February 2027. You’ll collaborate across Coworking, Meeting & Events, and Membership across 21 locations, building hands-on operational and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in University or University of Applied Sciences (WO/HBO) as a student.
• Must be fluent in English (written, and spoken); other European languages are a bonus.
• Must be legally permitted to work and live in The Netherlands.
• Must be available for a full‑time internship and can work 40 hours/week.
• Must be able to work from our Amsterdam based support hub.

Responsibilities

• Reactive operational support across multiple platforms related to Coworking, Meeting & Events and Membership.
• Help standardize processes, tools, and workflows for operations.
• Internal research, quality and operational procedures.
• Tracking deadlines, agendas, and taking charge of projects.
• Host monthly meetings for the operational teams and support communications.
• Assist with development of training (in-person and e-learning).
• Conceptualize reports & highlights through data analysis.
