Job summary

The Social Hub is seeking a Membership Operations intern to support our Membership team and collaborate with operational teams across 21 locations. Based at our Amsterdam headquarters for a 6–7 month period starting February 2027, you will help deliver support, improve processes, and manage projects in a hybrid hospitality environment.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in project management, operations, and data analysis while developing trainings and contributing to cross-team initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in University or University of Applied Sciences (WO/HBO).
• Must be fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Must be legally permitted to work and live in the Netherlands.
• Must be available for a full-time internship (40 hours/week).
• Must be able to work from Amsterdam support hub.

Responsibilities

• Reactive operational support across multiple platforms for Coworking, Meetings & Events and Membership.
• Help standardize processes, tools, and workflows for operations.
• Internal research on projects, quality and operational procedures.
• Track deadlines, agendas, and take charge of projects.
• Host monthly meetings for the operational teams.
• Assist with development of training (in-person and e-learning).
• Conceptualize reports and highlights through data analysis.
