Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in the Netherlands (Groningen site) seeks a Day Shift Production Team Leader to guide a 15–25 FTE team in delivering safe, compliant manufacturing of MedTech products. You will work closely with R&D engineers and other production leaders to drive improvements and coaching on performance, quality and collaboration.

We value a Bachelor level, >3 years in a GMP/GxP setting, and strong Dutch and English communication.

Qualifications

• Opleidingsniveau: Werk- en denkniveau op HBO ( bachelor) niveau.
• Werkervaring: Ervaring in leidinggevende functies (supervisor).
• Vereiste kennis en competenties ≥ 3 jaar ervaring in een GxP-omgeving; GMP-, ISO 13485 normen; relevante werkvoorschriften en procedures; MS Office; goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels.

Responsibilities

• Zorg voor een veilige, kwalitatieve en efficiënte uitvoering van werkzaamheden volgens procedures, voorschriften en normen op het gebied van veiligheid, kwaliteit, hygiëne en welzijn.
• Plan de ontwikkeling- en productielijnen en toolshop op basis van KPI’s en organiseer het team efficiënt.
• Leid het Daily Management-overleg en lever relevante prestatie- en productiedata aan productie- en ondersteunende afdelingen.
• Ondersteun R&D-verzoeken en faciliteer effectieve samenwerking tussen Productie, QA, PPD en Technische Dienst.
• Voorkom non-conformiteiten; analyseer afwijkingen, identificeer oorzaken en implementeer duurzame oplossingen.
• Toon zichtbaar leiderschap, coach medewerkers en stimuleer verbeterinitiatieven en prioriteiten onder druk.
