Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in Groningen is seeking a Production Team Leader for day shift to lead a 15–25 FTE unit, collaborate with R&D engineers, and drive improvements in safety, quality and efficiency.

You will guide a team of operators, coordinate with QA and other production leaders, and ensure adherence to GMP and ISO 13485 standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Opleidingsniveau: Werk- en denkniveau op HBO ( bachelor) niveau.
• Werkervaring: Ervaring in leidinggevende functies (supervisor).
• ≥ 3 jaar ervaring in een GxP-omgeving; kennis van GMP-, ISO 13485 normen
• Kennis van MS Office; goede beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels (mondeling en schriftelijk)

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, quality and efficient execution of tasks following safety, quality, hygiene and wellbeing standards.
• Plan development and production line activities and the toolshop based on KPIs; organize and train operators.
• Lead Daily Management meetings and provide performance data to production leaders and supporting departments.
• Support R&D requests and facilitate collaboration between Production, QA, PPD and Technical Service to maintain process continuity.
• Prevent non-conformities, analyze deviations, identify root causes and implement durable corrective actions.
• Demonstrate visible leadership by coaching staff, addressing behavior and performance, and driving improvements.
