Qualifications

≥ 3 years experience in a GMP/GxP environment and familiarity with GMP/ISO 13485 standards.
Excellent command of Dutch and English, written and spoken.
Strong planning, coaching and data-driven decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operation according to procedures and standards.
Plan development and production lines and toolshop based on KPIs, organize teams and train operators.
Lead Daily Management meetings and provide relevant performance data to production leaders.
Support R&D requests and foster effective collaboration between Production, QA, PPD and Technical Service.
Identify non-conformities, analyze bottlenecks, and implement sustainable corrective actions.
Demonstrate visible leadership, coach staff, and drive improvement initiatives.
