Job summary

Amber Implants, based at The Hague, seeks a Supply Chain & Operations Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain in a lean, outsourced setup, ensuring smooth flow from suppliers to clinical sites and, soon, to commercial markets.

You will balance strategy with hands-on execution—overseeing planning, procurement, logistics, customs, vendor management, and ERP/MRP system management while ensuring ISO 13485, FDA QSR, and EU MDR compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial/Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage external partners.
• ERP/MRP and supply chain software knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the end-to-end supply chain in a lean, outsourced setup.
• Build and manage relationships with contract manufacturers, suppliers, and service providers.
• Issue and follow up on purchase orders, track supplier invoices, and ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor supplier performance through KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead ERP/MRP setup and ensure ERP reflects supply chain flows and 3PL integration.
