Job summary

Amgen Breda site leads the end-to-end supply chain planning function, coordinating labeling, assembly, storage, and international distribution. A cross-functional leadership role includes shaping strategic projects and leveraging AI to drive efficiency and growth.

You will manage a team of 15 and partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, IS, and regional teams to ensure world-class supply chain performance and continuity across global markets.

• Proven success leading diverse, high-performing teams.
• Expertise in supply chain planning across multiple horizons (short to long term).
• Ability to drive process improvements and leverage AI/digital tools for measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams: inspire and manage planning sub-teams to high performance.

• Drive transformation: oversee strategic projects to improve performance, cost, and agility.
• Partner with Manufacturing: deliver robust production plans and monitor execution.
• Own governance: lead the Supply Review process and capacity management.
• Enable growth: support NPIs and site decisions with planning insights.
