Job summary

Phoenix Technologies in the Netherlands (Rotterdam) seeks a Medior Project Manager to lead delivery of multiple technical R&T initiatives. You will work with Project Leaders and a broad set of stakeholders to ensure clear actions, aligned expectations, and timely outcomes.

You will drive structured execution, manage budgets and contracts, and report on milestones and risks, using Lean/Agile approaches. Proficiency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management or a related field.
• Approximately 2–5 years of relevant project management experience.
• Experience with stakeholder management in a complex environment.
• Demonstrable experience managing budgets and contracts.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Excellent command of English.
