Job summary

Usono is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary medical device development projects from concept to commercialization, focusing on software as a medical device and agile delivery. You will coordinate engineering, quality, regulatory and clinical teams to deliver on time and within budget.

You will work closely with the CEO and CTO, shape plans, budgets, and risk registers, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, support design controls, and report milestones to management.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of project management experience in a highly regulated industry.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain integral company and project plans, budgets, timelines, and risk registers.
• Coordinate a multidisciplinary team including R&D, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs and Clinical Affairs.
• Lead and support Scrum team, acting as Scrum Master.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Facilitate project meetings, design reviews, and stakeholder communications.
• Support design control activities, verification and validation planning, and product launch preparations.
• Report project status, milestones, and budget performance to management.
• Drive continuous improvement of project management processes and tools.
• Work closely with key stakeholders and partners.

We are seeking a hands‑on and experienced Project manager (4-5 days) t to lead multidisciplinary medical device development projects from concept through commercialization. In this role, you will coordinate engineering, quality and clinical teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with applicable medical device regulations.The main projectisthe development ofsoftware (asamedical device) and thereforeAgile & Scrum should be familiarto you.

Who You Are

We’re looking for a pro‑active project manager with a n entrepreneurial mindset.

• Degree in(Software)Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Project Management, or a related field.
• 3-7 years of project management experience in ahighlyregulated industry.Experiencewith leading multi-disciplinary teams andproject managementofsoftware development isa must.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge ofmedical devicedevelopment processes.
• Understanding of Design Controls, ISO 13485, IEC 62304, and/or EU MDR is an advantage.
• Proficiencyin project management tools such asExcel/MS Project/MS Planner, Jira, or similar.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or comparable certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English.Dutch is aplus.
• Entrepreneurial, not afraid totake the lead andmake decisions.
