Job summary

SIRE LIFE SCIENCES is seeking a senior Project Manager to lead large capital investment projects in a regulated manufacturing environment. You will independently manage complex engineering initiatives from concept through completion, ensuring safety, on-time delivery and budget adherence.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and hands-on experience managing multi-million-euro projects across the full lifecycle. Dutch is a plus; English required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering or capital project management.
• Proven experience delivering large scale projects valued at 15–25 million euros or higher.
• Strong understanding of full project lifecycle from feasibility to completion.
• Experience leading cross functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience in cost control, scheduling, and risk management.
• Experience with contractor management and procurement processes.
• Strong knowledge of change management and project governance.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Dutch language is an advantage but not required.

• Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and project reviews.
• Promote strong safety culture across all project activities.
