Job summary

Baxter is seeking a Product Service Technician to join the Service Operations team in the Netherlands. You will diagnose, repair, maintain and refurbish Baxter medical devices used by healthcare professionals across EMEA and APAC, ensuring quality and timely service after sale.

Qualifications

• MBO4+ degree in a technical field such as Mechatronics, Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years in technical service, repair, maintenance or workshop environment.
• Experience with SAP is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, maintain and refurbish Baxter medical devices.
• Configure and upgrade equipment as required.
• Document failures and service actions in internal systems.
• Provide technical troubleshooting support by phone when needed.
• Collaborate with service colleagues to ensure timely customer support.
• Participate in LEAN and DMAIC/PDSA improvements.
