Qualifications

• Strong background in mechanical design for complex hardware.
• Experience with acoustic or vibration-related design is a strong advantage.
• Ability to move from CAD models to prototypes quickly within climate chamber timelines.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize the mechanical architecture of heat pump systems to be compact and manufacturable.
• Develop solutions to reduce sound and vibrations for robust performance in real-world conditions.
• Own the CAD model and drawings in NX or SolidWorks; keep documentation aligned with PLM.
• Translate CAD into functional prototypes and run validation tests in the climate chamber, iterating based on results.
• Collaborate closely with hardware, firmware, and production teams to ensure scale-up in the factory.
