Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in 1D simulation engineering for battery/ePowertrain systems.
• Proficiency in GT-SUITE, AMESim and MATLAB or similar tools.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem solving.
• Excellent English proficiency; German or Japanese helpful.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine 1D simulation models for battery and ePowertrain systems.
• Analyze simulation results to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for design improvements.
• Collaborate with design, engineering and R&D teams to integrate results into development.
• Drive innovations to improve system efficiency and performance.
• Document models, methods and findings for stakeholders.
