Job summary

Siemens eMobility is looking for an Electromechanical System Engineer in Eindhoven to drive engineering changes with a strong planning focus. You will own end-to-end change execution, translate scope into deliverables, and ensure visibility on status, risks, and dependencies.

You will collaborate across R&D, production, quality, and service teams, contribute to system-level engineering, and apply agile practices where relevant to maintain on-time delivery in a fast-evolving EV charging

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of cross-disciplinary engineering experience.
• Experience in planning, coordination, or team facilitation in a technical environment.
• Structured and detail-oriented mindset with strong execution focus.
• Experience with multidisciplinary system-level engineering and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end CR/CN: plan, approve, release.
• Lead team planning and coordination with agile practices where relevant.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve team efficiency.
• Support system integration and cross-disciplinary alignment.
• Collaborate with R&D, production, quality assurance, and service teams.
• Resolve system-level technical challenges.
