Job summary

Private Company is seeking a Master Blender & Logistics Specialist to blend production planning with logistics management. You will ensure production blends use suitable raw materials while coordinating site logistics for efficient movements, inventory control, and on-time deliveries.

You'll collaborate with Production, Quality Control, Customer Service, Procurement, Sales, Warehouse and external partners to align schedules with safety, efficiency and cost targets, driving continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field.
• Experience in food manufacturing, beverage production, logistics, or supply chain.
• Experience in production planning and inventory management.
• Knowledge of fruit juices, concentrates, or ingredients is a plus.
• Experience with SAP and logistics tracking platforms.
• Understanding warehouse operations, transportation planning and inventory control.
• Strong English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate production orders after Customer Service enters the sales order (SO).
• Coordinate with departments regarding goals, timelines and stock levels.
• Prepare recipes according to customer specifications and quality guidelines.
• Raw material allocation for specific orders and contracts.
• Back up planning and coordinate daily transport, deliveries (inbound), and production logistics activities.
• Monitor shipments, inventory movements, and transport documentation using SAP and other logistics systems.
• Monitor inventory levels and supervise stock movements to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, transport legislation, and customer delivery requirements.

The Master Blender & Logistics Specialist is a dual-function role that combines technical production planning with operational logistics management. This position is responsible for ensuring that all production blends are accurately planned to use the most suitable raw materials while overseeing the site’s logistics activities to guarantee efficient product movements, inventory control, and customer deliveries.

The role requires close collaboration with Production, Quality Control, Customer Service, Procurement, Sales, Warehouse, and external logistics partners to ensure production schedules and customer deliveries are executed safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively.

Responsbilities

• Knowledge of fruit juices, concentrates, or food ingredients is considered an advantage.
• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP and logistics tracking platforms.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, transportation planning, and inventory control.
• High level of English; dutch is an advantage
