Job summary

SIRE LIFE SCIENCES is seeking a Supply Planner to manage short-term demand and supply planning, optimize inventory, and improve service levels across the supply chain. You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Planning teams to prioritize demand and resolve supply issues, using SAP/SAP S/4HANA and Kinaxis.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience in FMCG or manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, or Integrated Planning.
• Strong knowledge of inventory optimization, demand and supply planning, and analytics.
• Experience with SAP, SAP S/4HANA, Kinaxis, AATP, or similar planning systems.
• Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, or Food industries is preferred.
• Fluency in English; Dutch is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage short-term demand and supply planning (up to 6 weeks).
• Monitor service performance and mitigate supply risks.
• Manage excess, blocked, and obsolete inventory while optimizing stock levels.
• Maintain and optimize AATP (Available-to-Promise) business rules.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Planning teams to prioritize demand and resolve supply issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and drive continuous process improvements.
• Utilize SAP, SAP S/4HANA, Kinaxis, and planning tools to support effective supply chain planning.
• Monitor planning KPIs and communicate service risks to stakeholders.
