Job summary

Talentmark is seeking a Senior Associate Supply Chain – Detailed Scheduler to manage short-term production schedules and coordinate capacity across packaging lines. You will work closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely delivery.

The role emphasizes data-driven planning, KPI monitoring, and continuous improvement. On-site in Breda, regular collaboration across functions, and a commitment to GMP/GDP compliance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in supply chain or production planning.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
• Experience with GMP is an advantage, but not required.
• Interest in tools such as Tableau, Smartsheet, Databricks, or RPA is a plus.
• Willingness to work on site in Breda at least three days per week.

More than 1,000 colleagues from 38 nationalities work together to ensure medicines are labeled, assembled, stored, and shipped to patients across nearly 100 markets in Europe, Turkey, the Middle East, and Africa.

As part of our Supply Planning team, you will play a key role in ensuring a reliable and stable supply of medicines. You will manage short-term production schedules, coordinate capacity, and work closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams.
